Our Story

The Burger Barn is a family owned and operated business. We have been running our location since 2023. When you visit, you will see us operating the Burger Barn as a husband and wife team with our children alongside. The Burger Barn is the culmination of a life long love of cooking and the desire for our family to own a business where we would spend our days together working with each other.

We are passionate about food and making the best food that we can, the best way we can. We believe in eating real whole food. We buy fresh veggies each week and hand cut them to top our burgers. We eliminate seed oils as much as we can. All of our fried food is fried in beef tallow, our buns toasted with clarified butter, and our barbecue sauce and ketchup are made with ingredients like sugar and molasses, no high fructose corn syrup or msg. We also proudly season our food with Utah’s own Redmond’s Real Ancient Sea Salt.
